espnW’s first-ever campaign, That’s a W, redefined what a win means by highlighting the stories, connections, and communities that shape women’s sports. As part of the brand's March Madness presence, I helped bring that spirit to life through an immersive Final Four activation where fans could climb the ladder, cut down the net, and take home a piece of it—mirroring the iconic NCAA championship ritual and letting them step into their own “W.”
